Our Mission
Connected Communities Inc. is dedicated to bringing the community together by investing in families across the globe. We strive to create and support meaningful relationships for children, adolescents, and families based on their own family goals and core values. 

What We Offer

  • Support Groups: Facilitated sessions for youth and families to share experiences and work towards common goals.
  • Mentoring & Support: Community-based programs utilizing therapeutic, evidence-based approaches to help overcome various barriers. 
  • Professional Counseling: Services for individuals, couples, and families from all backgrounds, providing tools to navigate challenging situations. 
  • Youth Services: Programs including IACCT assessments, Casey Life Skills development, the "Home for Now" academic support initiative, therapeutic mentoring, home-based counseling, and the Residential Deviation Program™.
