2025 SERVICE PROJECTS

Night to Shine is a complimentary event for people with special needs hosted by local churches around the world. The event is open to anyone living with disabilities, ages 14 and older. Each event is unique to its location, but some cornerstone activities included across all of them are a red carpet entrance complete with a warm welcome from a friendly crowd and paparazzi, hair and makeup stations, shoeshines, limousine rides, karaoke, gifts, a catered dinner, a Sensory Room, a Respite Room for parents and caregivers, dancing, and a crowning ceremony where every guest is honored as a King or a Queen - a beautiful reminder of how they are perfect the way they are.

September 2025

Our Club was thrilled with the success of our inaugural Duck Race! The event brought together community members of all ages for a day filled with fun, laughter, and friendly competition. Seeing so many brightly colored ducks racing down the water was not only exciting, but also a wonderful way to bring people together for a shared cause.

We are incredibly grateful for the support of our sponsors, volunteers, and participants who helped make the day possible. Thanks to everyone’s generosity, we were able to raise important funds to support Shenandoah Valley Night to Shine.

The energy and enthusiasm surrounding the event truly showed the spirit of community in action. We are already looking forward to making the Duck Race an annual tradition. Together, we can continue to create positive change while having a lot of fun along the way!

Harvest Missions Center is dedicated to serving and empowering “the least of these” through practical outreach, life-changing programs, and social enterprises. Their initiatives include Bithiah House, an emergency shelter providing meals and case management for women and children in crisis; the Shared Housing Empowerment Program (SHEP), which helps low-income individuals overcome barriers to stable housing through supportive shared living; and Mommy & Me Drug Free, offering resources, counseling, and support for pregnant women battling substance abuse to reduce the impact of Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome.

June 2025

Thanks to the generosity of our community and the hard work of our club members we collected 421 pairs of socks and many hygiene items to donate to the Harvest Missions shelter!

A big thank you to everyone who donated and volunteered! Your support is helping ensure that those that need it most in our community stay warm, dry, and cared for.

Stay tuned for more updates on our future projects and how you can get involved. Together, we’re making a difference!

Front Royal Outdoors actively supports river cleanup initiatives by providing equipment and transportation for community-led, volunteer collaborations. The company offers logistical support for these efforts, which is vital for a successful cleanup. They have historically donated the use of their canoes and arranged transportation for volunteers. This support allows partner organizations to focus on organizing the event and recruiting volunteers for the actual trash removal.

May 2025

The Rotary Club of the Northern Shenandoah, the Warren County Rotary Club, and Handley Interact teamed up to clean up the Shenandoah River, with invaluable support from Front Royal Outfitters. Their generous contribution of canoes and trash bags made it possible for us to navigate the river and efficiently collect debris, helping to preserve the beauty of this vital waterway.
